Through Gentle Evolutionary Yoga Flow Sequences, we find new freedom in the spine. Vinyasa raises the inner heat and centers, aligns, and extends our range of motion. Restorative poses and somatic yoga unwind knots of tension while relieving hip, shoulder, neck, and back pain.
